Dr Emma MBChB MSc ANutr is our Resident Nutritionist. As a trained doctor, nutritionist, yoga teacher & keen chef, Dr Emma is passionate about humans' relationship with food being equally important for physical & mental health. During regular clinic days at itsu Academy, Dr Emma appraises potential dishes, answers customers' questions & shares the latest science-based research & findings. You'll find her advice throughout itsu.com.
